Requirements

1.Be 22 years or older at time of application.

2.Have one year of verifiable experience with an I.C.C. regulated carrier. Owner operator references are not acceptable unless you qualified through a carrier as mentioned above.

3.Have a clean driving record. (No DWI or reckless driving.)

4.Must not have any chargeable accidents involving severe bodily injury or fatalities.

5.Have no conviction of a felony or other serious crime.

6.Must pass D.O.T. physical and drug screen by OUR company doctor.

7.Must maintain a neat and clean appearance. Beards and long hair must be kept neatly trimmed.

8.Must pass a "Log Test" before application is processed.

9.Must have a telephone or easy access to one.

10.Must have a government issued Social Security card. Metal embossed cards are not acceptable.

Pay & Benefits

CalArk will base your starting pay upon current verifiable over the road experience within the industry in United States, providing that you have a current Class "A" CDL with Hazmat Endorsement.

Also Available to you are:
* Permanently assigned conventional trucks, Freightliners, Internationsa and Kenworths.
* Guaranteed home every 14 days with 1 day off for each week you are out.
* Major medical, dental and vision insurance available to you and your family after 90 days.
* Paid vacation -- One week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years and 3 weeks after 10 years. (average of last 52 weeks pay).
* Credit Union and 401K retirement available.
* We run 48 states and Canada
* Rider program available.
* Loading and unloading pay.

Referral Bonus:
CalArk will pay $500.00 bonus to any driver employed by CalArk who refers a qualified 1st seat driver to CalArk when the driver is assigned their truck. Your name must be on the application at the time of hire.
