Please note: 1) The safety performance bonus is included in the rates above and will continue as is, and 2) other bonuses will vary by division. The following represents bonuses in the North American and Regional divisions:
Mileage bonus:
Solo - $.03 for every mile over 10,000 in any calendar month.
Team - $.06 for every mile over 16,000 and less than or equal to 20,000 and $0.16 for every mile over 20,000 in any calendar month.
Note - the mileage bonus is paid monthly based on the prior month's trips run. All trips must be turned in by the third Tuesday of the following month or they will not count towards the mileage bonus calculation. The bonus will be paid on the fourth Tuesday for the previous month's mileage bonus.
Fuel bonus: is available.

Please note: 1) "Complete Load Length" is being defined as miles from first customer pickup to last delivery. In those cases where you pull only a segment of the load, the rate will be determined by the complete load length. 2) All dispatched deadhead is paid at $0.810.
