deBoer, Inc. began operations in 1967 as a small carrier in rural Wisconsin maintaining its headquarters in the heart of Wisconsin after its incorporation in 1980, the pioneering spirit continually thrives at deBoer, Inc.

Our logistically located terminals in Texarkana-TX, and Dallas-TX, provide superior drop sites for continual freight movement. All terminals are led by our corporate headquarters out of Sherry-WI, in the heart of the Midwest.

Requirements
Tractor - Must pass DOT inspection and have all safety equipment.
* Blind spot mirrors required.
* Proof of physical damage, bobtail and worker's compensation (for fleet owners). Insurance available at group rates.
* Licensing documents - Copy of title, Bill of sale, 2290 schedule, HUUT.
* Normal operating expenses including tolls and scales.
* Minimum age of 23 and minimum of 6 months recent experience. Must be able to meet D.O.T. requirements and be insurable.
* Ability to legally scale 47,000 pounds. Maximum weight is generally 18,500 to 19,000 pounds full of fuel.
* Minimum exhaust height 13.3.
* Maximum fifth wheel height of 48”.
All Owner/Operators are required to possess the following equipment:
· 2 load locks
· 1 broom
· 12 – 4” x 30’ straps (curtain van division)
· 1 winch bar (curtain van division)
· tire chains (required when running west coast)

Pay & Benefits
Mileage Pay $.82 all dispatched miles loaded and $.80 empty.
* Northeast incentive pay $.03 per mile additional pay for all loaded miles in and out of the following states: CT, DE, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, and VT.
* Stop off pay $30 and up all except final.
* BONUS: 10,000 miles/month = extra .02 per mile
* 9,000 miles/month = extra .01 per mile
* Intrastate TX
* 8,000 miles/month = extra .02 per mile
* 7,500 miles/month = extra .01 per mile
* 100% Customer paid fuel surcharge returned to owner/operator.
