Also, during high fuel price periods, our Fuel Stabilization Program pays additionaly, to pass on relief from fuel surcharge collected from our customers.


Tire Purchase Program. Tires are a major expense for any truck owner. Our tire purchase program allows owner operators to take advantage of our volume discounts.
Optional Terminal Fueling. Owners at Heartland are encouraged to save by purchasing discounted fuel at our facilities.
All licencing, base plates, and permits are paid for by Heartland. This is a one cent per mile value.

No up-front escrow money is required. No fuel-tax deductions. Weekly settlements, Direct-deposit is optional. Physical damage insurance is available. Safety bonus of one cent per mile is paid out annually.
