We have over 350 independent contractors pulling our fleet of 800-plus trailers. The trailer fleet consists primarily of 53-foot vans. We take pride in our equipment and, therefore, it is relatively new and well maintained.
We have offices established in Atlanta, Georgia; Baltimore, Maryland; Chicago, Illinois; Saint Paul, Minnesota; Kansas City, Missouri; Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
We have a zone dispatch system whereby dispatches are assigned to certain areas and operators contact the dispatches who will be offering up the loads in his/her area. We do have various trailers spotted, enabling you to drop and hook and keep moving.
Our primary regions of operation are the Midwest, East and Southeast. OVERNITE EXPRESS does not run a forced dispatch!
Our success for the past 54 years has been based on the independent contractor. We intend to continue this philosophy.
